Google Sidesteps Mobile Reports
August 4th, 2007 | by Anil |Yesterday there was news about the secret GPhone Google is supposed to be working on and that is targeted at mobile advertising.
Today BBC reported that ‘Google has refused to deny mounting speculation that it is working to produce its own brand mobile phone.‘
The Google statement said: “What our users and partners are telling us is that they want Google search and Google applications on mobile, and we are working hard every day to deliver that.”
The firm would not say if its efforts included plans for a handset, so, we need to wait for sometime to know what exactly the truth.. till Google announces it officially.
